All directory listers, commenters and website participants are required to agree with the following code of conduct. The MNWP Directory team will remove any offending listing, comment or other input on the site if deemed in conflict with this code of conduct.
MNWP Directory is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and professional experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of listers or other participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any listing, comment of posting. Any participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the MNWP Directory without a refund at the discretion of the MNWP Directory team.
Harassment includes offensive verbiage in listings or in comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, harassing or inappropriate video, photography or recordings, attempted disruption of the MNWP Directory website or other online services, or any action deemed destructive.
Sponsors are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material in advertisements or content.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the website with no refund.
We expect participants to follow these rules in all MNWP Directory interactions.
Incidents
If you have an incident to report or have witnessed something that you think might have violated either the spirit or the letter of this code of conduct, please immediately report it to the MNWP Directory team by email [email protected] at any time (we check it constantly).
